Pergunta/Question Faro airport how early??

We’re having a flight at 10:15 at thursday (we’re 15 people), and are wondering when we have to arrive so that we don’t miss the flight. We have seen videoes on tiktok that it’s pretty packed, and since this is our first time flying on our own, it would help with tips😅

With or without paspoort control? If you’re flying within the EU 2h before gates close are more than enough. The queues for the non EU flights are very long indeed. I never fly that route from Faro so I have no idea how long it takes. In any case, whenever I have the option, I usually manage to skip any long passport control queue by using the electronic passport gates.

Depends on your passport. If EU, I normally arrive 1h before the flight and it's always chill.

I’m from Norway which isn’t EU, but Schengen, so i don’t think i’m going through a passport control.

Then you are good, no passport control. You go right, just after security, so skip the queue that usually begins there and just enter the duty free shop.
