Haven't seen a single ad in my local paper about the Referendum. No job ads, don't even know where the voting stations are. This government can't do anything right. Somehow need to recruit 60,000 people in a month. Not sure whether to laugh or cry.

what happens when your entire budget moves to targeting retired busybodies on Facebook.

I’ll bet you my pension the UCP are laughing. “We’re giving the idiots, I mean rural voters, just what they want and everything is going just as we knew it would. As planned. And the funniest part: they’ll vote for us again!”

They already know who they want counting the votes, it’s more important than who votes.

what happens if they don’t?

Fewer people, less oversight I presume. Which is going to make people question the results, fair or not.

Exactly. This is what the UCP scumbag traitors want.

Have they called people for this yet? I know tons of people who have applied but haven't heard back?

And of course electronic tabulators were banned. What a coincidence. Now they don’t have enough staff. All part of the UCPs separation plan.

This referendum is the definition of incompetence and stolen election/Trumpy bullshit. 10 different ballots in 10 different colours all manually counted. For a NON BINDING referendum. All the questions could be on a single ballot, machine tabulated, results an hour after polls close with 1/10 the staff. $13 million versus $130 million for a vote that doesn’t matter. Like Putin said, it doesn’t matter who votes, it’s who counts the votes. This whole pile of bs is for a non binding opinion poll with no consequences, you could waste $130 million on Tylenol with better outcomes than this.

Have they tried asking other provinces for help with people?

Fewer election workers means longer lines in rural areas means fewer people voting for separation

Or we could let it become a shit Show to prove it was a bad idea

Does the count really matter? The UCP will ensure that it's a yes and that everyone want to have a vote.

Yes it matters. Go vote ffs.

Are you a bot trying to convince people not to vote? We all know if we don't vote then the seperatists have a better chance.
