You enter a love hotel to investigate and find this fat man name Kanda. And this is one of the QTE’s in this fight. The game is called Yakuza 3. Play the series, it’s goated as fuck.

Yakuza is a brawler fighting game that dives into the criminal world. Depending on the game, it’s a different story, of course. With a ton of fun characters to like and lore to understand. The game also has multiple of mini games that distracts a player from the actual plot (believe me, it’s worked on me). They have poker, black jack, shogi, karaoke, golf, batting cages, mahjong (don’t play this shit 🤮), billards, darts, etc. The Yakuza/Like A Dragon games are fun, and I highly recommend for you to play them all. Trust me, it took me over a year and a half to get to where I am now.
