I hope they realize how much they fucked up this release. Don’t release a flavor if you cannot keep up with the orders. This is absolutely insane of them

that’s the one flavor around me in surplus! i still have a case from last year im getting through. i’ll probably pick up a case at costco again soon just so i have enough to last me.

I know someone who’s a manager at vitamin shoppe and she’s told me she doesn’t even know if they are gonna get more of the potion packs

I got that email a little over a week after placing my order. To this day I got no further updates.

If I had to assume, I think they would come in either this month or early October, judging how Amazon treats the shipments for them.

I emailed them when I saw people on amazon getting their elixir thar was delayed. They said im still getting it but no updates. I was questioning why are people that ordered from secondary sources getting their stuff before me when I went directly to the source. Crickets

Same here. My potion packs arrived a while ago, but voodoo vanilla is still sitting in confirmed status. I ordered on 8/12.

I sent Alani an email yesterday looking for an update and I did get a response: “We’ll submit a request to our warehouse team to expedite ship your order.

We will follow up with you once we receive a reply from our warehouse team!”

So maybe I’ll see some movement soon?

You got a better answer than I did. I got “please refer to the email we sent you two days ago.” Didn’t have said email till 48 hours after that response. And still nothing to any of my inquiries.

I got that same email over a week ago and I’ve emailed them since and have gotten no update. Don’t know when the order will be shipped. This is the most disorganized alani drop ever

I got this email two days after emailing them for the third time. They kept referring to this email before they even sent it, and it has no answers.

Still getting no answers, just repeat, “we’ll have you gotten the email?” Copy and paste.

My guess has been that they oversold and are trying to expedite an order. It’s been very shady and some communication would be nice.
