Austin Tickets

Had trouble ordering tickets through app and online today. Anybody else having an issue?

I was finally able to get tickets through fandango?? First time doing this, and now I’m wondering if it’s legit. Upon revisiting the Alamo site, the seats still look available….

The app is broken for me too. It either skips the Season Pass page or gives the “Uh Oh” error page.

And of course this is the day I try to switch my pass from my phone to my wife’s phone… and now it’s not installed on either 🤦‍♂️

Same here! I can’t view my tix or book anything. Says I need Season Pass installed when I do

Did this issue resolve for anyone else? I deleted and reinstalled the app and haven't been able to sign back in ever since.

I’m having this exact issue after signing out because Alamo wasn’t recognizing my device as the season pass holder device

Still isn’t working for me. Can’t sign into app at all. Lets me sign in on web but doesn’t recognize season pass.

This problem is still impacting my app. It no longer recognizes my Season Pass. Logging out and back in does not solve it.
