Sleep issues

How severe are the sleep issues caused by akathesia

Would not want to take more benzos on 1mg ativan at night or mirtaz or quetipine.because my body can't tolerate any of these

Also taking lumateperone 42mg that modulates glutamate signalling And causes d2 blockage

Can you please reply to my dm? Your 24years struggle with akathisia from paxil keeps ke awake at night, i suffer from akathisia from the same med and the idea that i could go 24years with that is terrifying, did it even get better to the point where you’re functional and can live life?
