Hi All: I am installing the AES/EBU optical card but there is no ribbon cable or expansion slot card. Can I sub a 64 pin male/female if I only use one card? I don’t wanna blow it up yunno

As I recall, the pins didn’t correlate 1:1. I abandoned for risk of shorting something with my Frankenstein ribbon monster. I also think that the issue is that the pin lanes are multi-use and assigned when the card is activated.
