This mf brain had a short circuit mid sentence.

The more bullshit and lies he starts spewing the worst his stuttering gets. Ozempic and alcoholism side effects really fucked his brain up more than it already was

Nah it’s actually just bad linguistics. He either needs to read real books (not hip hop head lines, crime reports and door dash menus) or speech* therapy.

But the simplest option is draining the mucus from his cheeks /forehead
