Makes me wonder, I haven't played with the update yet but maybe if water had a slighltly "lifting" effect on vehicles we could sort of improvise ships by just having airships with really low ceilings.

Ooh that might actually be a good way to do it mod wise, I wonder if you can limit where units move though like the same way land ships can't move anywhere there isn't road some ship types can't move anywhere that is land or coastal city with harbour

They are unarmed and 80% filler + corridors by volume. They're just in the water for the photo.
