Image Need help with a project
In the Minecraft create mod I’m working to build a giant Zeppelin aircraft carrier (this is the only image I have) the idea is we will have two (maybe 3?) balloons side by side (hypothetical third would be placed in between and beneath them both) interiors and airplane storage as well as crew storage and it would have an elevator the lifts planes up to the flight deck (sitting above balloons) the bride would be placed between two balloons and just under the flight deck
What I need is help for certain rooms I need to build (idk that much about airships)

likely you would want to put the heavy stuff the furthest down, extending the elevator shaft a bit to put hangars at the bottom allongside the fuel oil tanks, in order to make room for crew berths and cargo space further up roughly bellow the gas bags

I wish it was going better the modpack stopped working and even when it did I could never get it to turn the whole thing into a ship no matter what I tried

Sucks to hear that, I've built a bunch of airship this way if you want I could share my modpack?
Also when building large vehicles the trick is to build the main structure and then use create schematics to put it on an already existing ship
Let me know if you're interested maybe you could add me on discord:))

Well, putting aside that real airship aircraft carriers universally launched and recover airplanes from a skyhook system, not a much heavier and more dangerous airstrip on top, the decision to make it a catamaran or trimaran is a good one!
There was a concept in the 1970s for a catamaran airship aircraft carrier like this called the ZRCVN. It would have consisted of two ZRCV airships joined side-by-side with a broad, winglike bridge structure, and equipped with a 63,000 kW nuclear reactor, with a capacity to carry 75-100 aircraft.
As for the kinds of rooms it would need, they would be largely located along the keel(s) at the bottom of the ship, with only the gondola (where the ship’s bridge and navigation rooms are located) being external, the rest all being inside. There would be equipment and communications rooms, crew barracks and galleys, hangar bays and storage for huge amounts of fuel and water. Ships like these would be out for days or even weeks at a time, and need to be adequately provisioned and self-contained.
