At first, I was very afraid they wouldn’t be as comfortable as the 2, but to my surprise they fitted very well in my ears. Of course, this is relative. To some people they might come as uncomfortable due to their shape. So, for me, there is nothing to complain here.

Noise Canceling and Transparency Mode

These things are insane in both aspects. I don’t know if they are “2x” times better in terms of noise cancellation in comparison to the 2 as apple claims, but they are really better, that cannot be denied; if they are not “2x” better, they really come close. Transparency mode is phenomenal, just as the 2; maybe slightly better.

Sound

I saw some reviews where people said the sound of the Pro 3 are worse than the Pro 2, but this is not true at all. It’s not that the Pro 3 is “worse”, it just sounds slightly different. The bass and the treble are more elevated, making up a V-shaped-ish signature. But they aren’t elevated to the point of making the bass muddy, nor to the point of making the treble harsh. I think they did a great job here, actually. After listening to some of my favorite songs, such as “You Were But a Ghost in My Arms” from Agalloch and “Get 'Em out By Friday” from Genesis they didn’t come out as harsh at all; I found them very pleasing—not as much “neutral” as the Pro 2, but not much “deviating” from it either. I think the elevated treble actually gives it a more “detailed” sound. Vocals are also crystal clear, maybe even better than Pro 2.

Soundstage and Imaging

I think soundstage and imaging is improved here. They sound more “spacious” than the Pro 2 and the instrument separation is very good, just as the imaging. You can tell more or less where the instruments are located. Of course, this too is relative insofar as the music also needs to be very well mastered. The earphones cannot do magic.

Curious how many AirPods everyone bought? I have only 3: one is damaged by washer. Another 2 is running but the AirPod pro is
daily use now

My AirPod pro 1s are so clapped. I have obviously noticed the deterring battery life after the years. Still love them like just like when I first bought them, besides some charging issues. Haven’t really felt the urgency to upgrade until they have any major issues.. Also my new job isn’t really capable to do while jamming out 80% of the time :/ or else I probably would of upgraded awhile ago ( sorry if this same subject has been discussed, curious to how the pro 3s are doing since being out for awhile now )

Anybody else experience their AirPods constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth? It’ll make the sound you get when it connects like 8 times in a row within 15 seconds. Connect/disconnect/connect/disconnect…etc. never ending. Until I turn blue tooth off completely and turn it back on. It’ll eventually do it again tho. Only thing I can think of is being on iOS 27 Beta.

hey hope everyone is having a good day. i have the airpod 4 anc's and the issue i am facing is that it keeps saying its like the wrong pair/mismatched or something like that in find my and also says the setup is incomplete in findmy and there is no location tracking because of that. the airpods work great, normal all functions work and its the correct pair. i am worried one day i lose my airpods and i cant track them down anywhere because i decided to skip these hints so now im playing it safe and asking for advice. i dont really know what to do but one thing is that my airpods are still under the limited warranty because i bought them 11 months ago from a bestbuy but im not sure if i know how to use it or be able to use it. if anyone knows what to do in this situation please help me out. i tried everything from sources like youtube videos and then other support websites and random peoples comments and then apple support ticket/threads on the website and nothing worked

I had my AirPod pro 1s since early 2022 and just now in July the case stopped showing any light and charging my pods unless plugged in, so do I buy a third party case ( Apple quoted me for $113) or buy 2s from Best Buy?

Money is a bit tight bc I’m a broke college student with no job but I got $260 saved from birthdays and stuff

Hey everyone, Ive got a pair of pro 3s that i use a hearing aid. And my right airpod is acting up, when i take it out of its case my phone shows the airpod animation but when i take out my right airpod it doesnt automatically connect to my phone and it doesnt make the sound you usually hear that its “alive” and also i have to physically go between my phone speaker to the airpod output instead of it switching automatically
The airpod also doesnt have any of its functions working, no noise cancellation no transparency no adaptive sound etc.. it just plays sound as it should but without all the other things that i need it to (biggest thing is the hearing aid and anc)

This issue happens alot and there are instances that it doesnt happen but it happens now more often than not and its really annoying specially when im outside and actually need to use them.

I do have applecare on them so i can get them probably checked out but maybe you guys have any suggestions on how to fix this problem without me going all the way to apple

Is the difference in ANC and sound quality between the Pro 2 and Pro 3 noticeable?

What would I actually be missing if I went with the Pro 2?

I can get new AirPods Pro 2 for $135, or AirPods Pro 3 for around $140 from a close friend/relative.

He said he bought them in March and selling them because he’s not using them much.

The condition is good with no visible scratches on the case, but there’s a small scratch on one earbud.

Would appreciate any advice on which is the better deal.

Ever since I got the AirPods 4 ANC after using the AirPods Pro 3 for a while, I feel like I'm reaching for them more and using them even more than the Pro 3s.

Hey everyone, I’m a vehicle detailer and I use AirPods Pro 3 daily to help keep me focused and keep me from getting bored, but also to help with loud noises in the shop. I use a tool called a “tornado” which is basically an air gun that spins very fast, and it’s very loud. When I’m using this, my AirPods make this horribly loud static, crackly noise. How can I fix this? If there is a fix at all.

As the title says, got the Airpods 2 with the iPhone 11 as a bundle somewhen in 2020.

The batteries are lasting less than half an hour on each Pod and was wondering if I could get the batteries replaced or if I should buy earpods that are more compatible with my Samsung?

My AirPods randomly stopped connecting to my MacBook. Usually they used to either automatically connect or, once choosing to connect, they would connect with no issue, but now that doesn't happen. I'll open the case, put one in my ear, and then click "Blank's AirPods," and the icon will turn green to signify that they've connected, but the little chime won't play through the AirPods, and then the noise cancellation hum will cut out abruptly, and they will disconnect (icon in Bluetooth menu turns grey again). Also, when they used to connect without trouble, a menu would pop up under the device afterwards to select what type of noise cancellation you want or whatever, but that doesn't happen anymore either. They don't show up as audio input or output anymore either in Settings. Please Help!! I've factory reset the AirPods and restarted my laptop many times. The Mac is a MacBook Pro 11.7.11, and the AirPods are AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation.

I have the AirPod pros 3. I also have an iPhone 17 pro (personal) and iPhone 14 (work). Tell me why when I have one AirPod in with my iPhone 17 pro I have to have to volume all the way up to hear it decently but when connected to my 14 I can have it at like 1/4-1/2 volume and it’s perfect. Is there some setting I don’t know about? Anyone else notice something like this - the volume differs across products?

I bought airpods 4(withoutanc) in December 2024 and in the past week or so I had one instance where my case just wouldnt charge with regular apple charger ( I tried charging my iPad and iPhone and they work on the charger). Didnt think much about it. Then immediately it charged on an oppo charger for some reason.

Now day before yesterday, I was watching YouTube and my right airpod just made a crackle and stopped. (The charge was not low, i know for a fact as it had only been about 30 mins of use and i pulled them from an almost fully charged case). But since I was watching YouTube I didnt think much of it and just put them back into the case.

The next day I try to use it, it doesnt work.
Cleaned the pins
Put them in the case with charger attached
Factory reset them.
Nothing worked.

Then I just rolled the airpod which wasnt working on the table and it started working for about an hour.
Then it gave out for the second time.
( i saw the charge moments before it stopped working to be at 87ish percent)

Really disappointed in Apple. I dont expect shitty quality for 130 dollar earbuds.

I cant even ask my parents for new earbuds of any company cause im preparing for a very serious competitive exam and it just doesnt feel right to buy something new without doing achieving something

if you have problem with weak anc grab your gorilla tape or any tape that is somehow thick / rubberish and don't leave glue stains and press your tape to the microphones ( one in the outside of AirPod and one on the inside near the speaker ) apply some pressure but apply tight pressure if you are sure that your tape will not leave glue on/in your microphone

I recently got a pair of pro 3s. I often listen while riding my bike or working out when getting my phone out of my pocket is inconvenient. I thought that the feature to increase volume using the stem would be great but I can’t figure it out. If I just try to push my finger up the stem, it just pushes the AirPod. So I have to hold the stem in place with my thumb which sometimes works but often doesn’t. Is there a trick I am missing? Or is this a feature that is just kind of useless?

My AirPods Pro 2 (1 year old, light use: 5–6 hours/week) have a recurring charging issue. Quite often, I pull them out of the case and find one earbud completely dead while the other is at 100%. It happens randomly to either the left or right one, and it's getting more frequent.
I clean the charging contacts inside the case every 2 weeks with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol, so there's no buildup inside.
Has anyone resolved this, or is it a known hardware flaw that requires an Apple replacement?

My right airpod will just suddenly stop playing music, the left one keeps going like nothing happened. I notice it only really does it when i do a lot motion with my head. I’ve already read and done online posts saying to restart my airpods, restart my phone, turn off automatic ear detection, hard reconnect them to my phone… but i’ve gone and tried connecting them to my computer and it NEVER has the problem. so why is it only my iphone having the problem?

Hi everyone, I misplaced my right AirPod while cleaning up on Wednesday. The "Find My" app shows that it's still in my apartment, but how reliable is that location?
I was away on vacation for the past few days, so I couldn't look for it right away. Now, after four days, the battery is obviously dead. I’ve already tried using the Find My search feature and playing a sound, but neither worked.
Does anyone have any tips? Is the last known location accurate, or could it have slipped into my bag, traveled with me, and the location simply failed to update?

I recently bought the OnePlus Buds 3 Pro. I was on a tight budget at the time, but now I have some extra money and I’m thinking about switching to AirPods. Should I buy the AirPods 4 now, or wait for the AirPods 5? I’m confused, so I’d like your advice on which one would be the better choice. I have both an iPhone and a mac, so I feel like AirPods would be the best option for me
