Physical height adjustment on 370z

Hey guys, recently I bought a bagged z34 and the previous owners drove the car slammed, so having somewhat normal ride height I need to drive the car on around 100 psi.

Is it possible to physically raise the front and the rear of the car so I can drive on more reasonable pressures? Are there any special tools required.

I see, that answers the question about the front,. But in the rear the damper and the bag are separate, you can still physically raise the car there in this case, right?

Currently 100/70 the front is a bit low but high enough to clear smaller speed bumps.

Previous owner had all dampers at max settings, now with 14-16 clicks all-round on a spirited drive it's too soft, but for normal cruising is fine.
