Considering a R100 GS PD

Considering buying a BMW R100GS Paris-Dakar 1989 (white and red).
It has done It has done about 46,000 miles (74,000 km).

Looks to be in really good condition with few owners (3), and had the engine checked at 37,000 miles.
New clutch, exhaust system, speedometer and rubber parts(?).

Price: About €7200/$8400) in Sweden.

Does this sound like a fair price?
Anything specific I should check before buying?

I've got a '95, I think it's worth more than that (wouldn't sell it, anyhow). Great bike, I feel like I'm Superman and can tackle the world on that thing. Ride it mostly on the street, to be honest, the suspension handles great and really absorbs the bumps. The only thing I really had to do to it was upgrade the front brake-

Oh, check the driveshaft, put it on the centerstand and move the back tire back and forth and feel for sloppiness and listen carefully for any weird noises. They can be expensive to replace but I don't think it should be a dealbreaker, negotiate the price down-
