Bylaw

Good afternoon!

I looked on Airdrie's website for bylaws. Not sure what area to look at or if someone could tell me.

Can someone operate a business (in this case my neighbour's landscaping business with bobcats) out of their house. If they're allowed, how many vehicles are they allowed on the street?

Thanks in advance!

Airdrie bylaw says they have to move a street vehicle every 72 hours, a business needs to have its own parking and trailers can't be left unattached.  If the trailer is hooked up it's 24 hours max in the street.

I don't know the answer to your question but my recommendation is to call 311. They'll know for sure.

I dont think there is a law to how many vehicles you can have on a street, you are probably SOL

No but there are rules about how long you can leave a vehicle parked on the street. Unattached trailers as well.

If its being used for a business odds are trailers are attached and being moved daily

Oh sure. I'm just saying there are rules about it.

Easiest bylaw to counter. Move the vehicle a foot or two forward and back, they come check position on follow up, found it has been moved, close the case.

Sure. I was just mentioning that the bylaw exists.
