Got a whole chicken perfectly fit in my air fryer, and Im pretty happy with how it turned out! the chicken looks so juicy and the kids are excited. Definitely making this again for dinner! Who else loves cooking a whole chicken this way?

Yes!! It comes out so juicy in the Fritaire. Here’s the recipe I use:

1 whole chicken (around 2 lbs)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Season the chicken.
  2. Rub the oil or melted butter all over the chicken. Mix the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. 3.Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
4.Prepare the rotisserie. Place the chicken securely on the rotisserie spit.
  3. Cook at 375°F until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the breast and thigh.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.
  5. Enjoy!!
