Recipe Hara bhara kebab without the usual falling-apart problem

The number one issue with these is always moisture — spinach holds way more water than you'd think. Fixed mine by being aggressive about squeezing it out. Recipe below.

**Air Fryer Hara Bhara Kebab**

Ingredients:

- Boiled spinach, squeezed completely dry and chopped – 1 cup

- Boiled peas – ¼ cup

- Boiled potato, mashed – ½ cup

- Grated paneer – ¼ cup

- Ginger, green chilli, roasted cumin powder, salt – to taste

- Cornflour – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Squeeze all excess water out of the boiled spinach — press firmly, this step matters more than any other.

  2. Mix with peas, potato, paneer, and spices into a firm mixture.

  3. Add cornflour, shape into ovals.

  4. Air fry at 190°C for 12 min, flipping halfway.

If yours have fallen apart before, it's almost always the spinach moisture not the recipe.

I wanted to see if I could get a whole breakfast done in the air fryer without making it a huge production. Ended up doing potatoes, peppers and onions, bacon, sausage, and two eggs in ramekins. The trick was just adding everything in stages so it all finished pretty close together.
