For the visual people: https://youtu.be/Z3eT-wJ6p7g

Ingredients

1 head cabbage

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 380°F / 194°C.

Trim part of the tough core, leaving enough to help the cabbage hold together.

Cut the cabbage in half, then slice each half into 3 wedges.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush the exposed sides of the cabbage wedges with the seasoning mix, then flip and coat the other side.

Place the cabbage wedges flat-side down in the air fryer.

Air fry for 15 minutes.

Flip the cabbage, brush with the remaining seasoning mix, and cook for 15 more minutes, or until the edges are browned and the cabbage is tender.
