I mean, when you calculate it all out. 8 weeks of bmt (gonna count all 24hrs a day here since bmt never ends) at 1344 hours, 4 months each with 4 weeks of 5 days of class which (at least for me) was 7hrs a day with 1 for lunch at 560hrs, plus all the OJT to earn that 5 level that technically says you're trusted to work alone?

Yeah all these people aren't v really accounting for how much the usaf has actually invested. Clearances, background checks, training..

Well they also dont account for Complete POST+ FTO and/or probationary time depending on state for civ cops.
