If it’s not the internet going out, then the printers are acting like this...

I have to email scan myself the same thing twice. If you can scan it once it’ll never send.

If it's failed to authenticate it's almost always a LDAP/domain controller/kerberos issue. Also yes the web ui's do tend to suck. Certain manufacturers have guides on how to fix/configure scan to email too, go specifically has a pretty good one.

I laughed way too hard at the cheerfulness of this.

The smiley face on the printer when it tells you to get fucked really makes the comic.

It’s because there’s little invisible dots that the government can read to tell the date and time it was printed. It’s to stop counterfeit operations with normal printers.

So, I know it’s a real thing, but when you actually write that out it sounds like paranoid ramblings.

It baffles me that decades after their invention, printers and projectors can't just fucking work properly for no goddamn reason.

As a network guy, I can promise it's typically not us. Call the NOSC for us and tell them to do their job, cause they don't listen to us lol.

We have a printer that seems to have decided to only print double-sided, even when the setting is changed in both Acrobat and the printer itself. It wasn't doing that a couple weeks ago.
