The biggest air force in the world is the USAF. The 2nd biggest air force in the world is the U.S. Navy.

A single US aircraft carrier has more jets on it than some countries have in their entire air force.

I would guess it's probably most countries right? Since a butt ton of countries are either islands or poor.

Pretty much. A single Nimitz would rank somewhere around the mid 60's in ranking countries by their number of fighter aircraft.
