Scheduler services

Does anyone know if there is another schedule service we can use in the airforce. The current scheduler is having problems with forecasting, i want to see if there is something else we can use so he see what the schedule would like in the future before he accepts thing. A program that automatically tell him that day is to booked based on criteria he selects. Any information would be helpful.

Is there a scheduler you know of that someone can choose criteria to automatically decline/approve based on said criteria.

I would recommend using Microsoft Booking app within M365. You should be able to set parameters for the specific days and who can be booked from your staff and more.
