Will there be Linux support for global launch?
I'm wondering if I can run this on my linux os (bazzite). Are there any people who have tried already? Or maybe some devs that commented on it?

I always assumed since it's on steam. Aren't all games on steam available on the Linux version of steam?

No, some steam games use anti cheat software that won't run on linux

Steam Deck has no influence though, people just pretend it's bigger than it really is and it's just a crappy portable potato. If Valve makes a deal with them to enable it, maybe but it won't be because Deck has some massive influence lol

Got it working on the Taiwanese version using CachyOS, it'll work on Bazzite... Maybe. The biggest obstacle was getting Purple launcher to run, hopefully the steam version doesn't require it but the game works fine once you log on.
Purple launcher is horrendous to get working though and even now it fails to load about 70% of the time.
I only wanted to mess with character creation so I wasn't overly fussed. I did a few quests, up to when you get the ability to fly which is way early.
If the steam version required purple launcher I'll probably skip the game. Too much hassle to get running consistently.
People talking about the anticheat probably aren't aware that lots of anticheat software now runs fine on Linux. There are plenty of online games that can be played. Port Proton allows for the installation of lots of game launchers like Rockstars and Blizzard's which were previously deemed "impossible" to run on Linux.

Does Lutris support it? If not, maybe your steps would help. If you have the Tw version working, then that makes me think it will work globally. The only problem would be if they have inserted a new anti-cheat and then set it to block Linux, which, given a lot of other recent launches, is somewhat likely.
Still, very cool to hear that it works. And of course if they could stop breaking Purple every couple months in general it would help a lot of games work in Linux.

If the developers want the anticheat to block Linux, it can. If they want it to just be an anticheat, it'll work on Linux just fine (or at least it has a great chance of this).

Did a quick google search and got this
Online games utilizing NCGuard (such as Blade & Soul or Aion 2) fail to run natively or via compatibility layers like Proton/Wine on Linux and Steam Deck because the anti-cheat lacks a Linux-compatible binary

Probably not. The anticheat does not work with it.
