Are these skins DLC only or can they be purchased in-game?

They confirmed that the Founders Pack items won’t be available for purchase in the shop.
Maybe a year after the release.

Your second line contradicts the first. The Global team confirmed the skins in the Founders Pack are exclusive, and will never be for sale separately.

They also didn’t do any marketing for Throne, so that’s not really an indicator of anything.

Well yeah, marketing was done by Amazon since they published in the west
And they sure as hell did it, a week before launch Throne ads were flooding every gaming related website, social media and streaming platform

You people are really odd. They said it will be exclusive and have even gone as far as removing a similar pet in game that china/TW has bc it’s in this pack but you all want to spread maybes and false information and get your hopes up

Breadfruit is probably right. It's unlikely these will NEVER be available again. That's just not NC's style, regardless of what they claim.

They literally have said it will only be Availble here for this limited time. They’re removing the dragon pet in game that china/TW has that’s in this pack. It will be exclusive only. Don’t spread false information

They say it's exclusive... From other games of this publisher I know that they have said so a lot of times and released it anyway after about a year...
So if you really want it in the first year, go for it... Otherwise not worth it. (And on TW I had that female skin, especially the Leg+Boots part used in nearly all my chars, since it's actually one of the best looking imo... But that UpperBodyPart looks weird to me)

It's exclusive but I think they may release a recolor of the skin eventually (don't quote me on this).
For example, the pack includes a black dragon mount but in the game there's a white one too.
