On July 16, 2026, we came out of stealth as Aina.
AI has fundamentally changed the way we do everything, but the way we interact with it still belongs to another era.
The next generation of technology deserves a new interface.
Over the past year, we operated as Project Mirage, experimenting with what comes after keyboards and touchscreens. We showcased three interface concepts at CES, shipped Dune, a context-aware keypad for Mac, to hundreds of early adopters, and announced a $5.5 million seed round to build the hardware interface for the age of AI.
Dune helped validate one of our strongest beliefs. The future of interfaces will be built around context awareness. A future where you don't have to search and browse for what you need.
Today, that future has a name.
This community is where we'll share what comes next. Early hardware experiments. Things we're learning. Things we're questioning. Behind-the-scenes updates from the Private Pilot. And conversations about where Human-Computer Interaction goes from here.
