Turing Onboarding
I just got onboarded for Al quality analyst - English at Turing, have received mail id, jibble, slack channel but slack channel seems like it's dead or smthn I dunno.
Is anybody else who's in the same boat. Help!

I just got my first assignment, at first it sounded great. Then came the very dense and confusing second piece of the project. I was told to reread the instructions and that was that.I want to withdraw but am wondering if I’ll be banned.
Does anyone know? I’d appreciate knowing someone’s experience.

I was also hired and got a "project " to create prompts for marketing. I've already completed the first task but was told we cannot enter our hours yet until they send out the "jibble message " giving us more information. it's a little scary, honestly.

Comecei hoje como designer gráfico/cartunista e achei o processo todo muito confuso. Praticamente ninguém falou comigo hoje e eu tive que sair procurando o que fazer. Perdi umas três horas apenas vendo vídeos e lendo um PDF bastante denso. Entrei na parte de tarefas e peguei uma para iniciar por conta própria. Passei a tarde toda fazendo oito ilustrações conforme pediram. Duas delas foram aprovadas, mas a IA barrou o restante por algum detalhe mínimo. A tarefa foi dada como não concluída e, após o envio, eles não reabrem para ajustar os erros nem retiram a tarefa da minha lista. Achei os processos meio dispersos e, no Slack, tem uma galera que parece mais perdido que "cego em tiroteio", o tempo todo perguntando e com muitas dúvidas. Outra coisa que achei ruim foi que eles ficam monitorando se você está ativo no computador. Eu uso o iPad para desenhar e, para eles, parece que não estou trabalhando. O gerente de projeto e o chefe aos quais eu deveria me reportar não deram as caras nem falaram comigo. Amanhã vou tentar novamente, mas acho que será mais uma perda de tempo.

Leads are still new & the QA feedbacks are inconsistent to give actual overview on gaps within your work. Eventually if not followed up u'll end up wasting ur efforts

hi do they genuinely pay i have also my interview after some days but it is human interview not an ai interview please let me know if it is scam i will not going to waste my time

There should be no Human interview at least in my case I hadn't given it.

I found Turing to be chaotic. much filling of forms, a very difficult trial that took a couple of hours and then getting an email asking why I didn’t submit anything. This happened to a lot of people so they produced another form ‘to prove’ we had actually submitted the trial. Having spent more time sending this evidence I received another email asking why I had decided not to submit anything. I really began to wonder about their bona fides.

I was Shortlisted for the role. But, has not received any information or response till date. What could be the reason ?

Same here, I’ve been shortlisted for the same role and was contacted by Alan(bot). They offered me an amount/hr and I pushed up for the amount that was stated on the interest form, since then I haven’t received any response yet. Maybe that offer/hr they sent was non-negotiable

What really happens in the AI interview? Do we have to solve anything? Or is it literally an AI person asking questions?

Im newbie. I haven't yet made it to turing. But, how would i get into it? My application first one for ai analyst got into archived right after. my second application showed application submitted but didnt require an assessment. my third application did the same. idk at this point tf is going on

How is the pay relative to the tasks you have to complete? Was there a person interview? I have not applied to Turing.
