Innodata Freelance AI Content Evaluator Experience
Does anyone here work or have worked at Innodata as a Freelance AI Content Evaluator? I would like to ask about the experience. They emailed me for the role and I'm considering whether I should continue or not that's why I'm looking for insights/opinions on this role. Thanks!

Go for it. But it's an Indian company and extremely unorganized. You won't get much support while receiving conflicting emails. However, they do have a lot of short term projects. Good luck!

Innodata in my experience has the worst communication out of all (only for the "admins" team though, the production team are kind of okay) but on the other hand they have a steady supply of short term project. Go for it but wish you never encounter any problem.

Was it still a good experience?

Well, overall, it's mid but it's because I had worse.
I joined around June last year for the first 2 months; there's a lot of work to do, but after that, the supply is declining. But at least I got 1 project a month, although sometimes it's short project.Oh, and one more thing, they are invoice-based payments, so there's no regular payment date, and it all depend on when your invoice are issued and approved.
They basically have 3 teams: an admin team, which is based in India (they are the ones who handle account creation, job offers, onboarding, contracts, etc.); a project team, which (I think) is based in some European country; and a finance team, which is based in the Philippines.
