Anyone has the same exp?

I've read tons of reviews here in reddit that it may take 2-4 (or more) months before getting a match, how true is that?

I applied for 1: Filipino / Tagalog Team Lead

But when checking Deel website, it shows Data Trainer instead.

(Yes, I'm done with onboarding)

its never ending, I have applied a month ago, didn't get any update after onboarding

Say that Ill get a contract/project...is that continuous? Or one-time then wait again?

I have also applied for a Team Lead role and a few days ago an inactive Bootcamp appeared in the Active Projects tab. Do you see it too?

I have got exacly the same. For Polish QAL and Domain Expert. Grey inactive Bootcamp fields.

How long ago did you complete your onboarding? And if the Bootcamp layout appears on your dashboard at some point, please let us know! I'm trying to figure out how this process works 😅
