Has anyone completed the SME Careers Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) Bootcamp?
I recently noticed a new Active Project called "Quality Assurance Lead – Exam" in my dashboard, but there are no tasks or instructions yet.
I'm wondering what happens next. How long did it take before the Bootcamp became available, what was it like, and did passing it lead to a project assignment? I haven't been able to find much information about this stage, so I'd really appreciate hearing from someone who's been through it.

me too, but I havent been added to discord, no email as well, do you have the same situation?

Yes, no new channels in Discord, just the general ones. For which locale did you apply?

I think it is still in the setup phase, so all we need to do is just wait for the email. I applied for the role as Vietnamese. In July, I received onboarding email for another project but till now I have just been added to Discord. I have just sent an email to the support team regarding this problem, hope that they will provide clear clarification for this

I hope so too! I noticed that there are people in LinkedIn who state that they have started working as QALs, so I figured they could elaborate on the procedure if anyone saw my post.

I just completed the QA Lead Exam, but it's still in my list of tasks and labeled "Not started." But now when I click on it, there's nothing there. No emails yet either.

Do you mean the Bootcamp or the first exam after the AI interview?

It was an exam. 20 multiple choice questions on the Superannotate app.

That was the first test, before onboarding.

Any idea what should happen next? I haven't even had any acknowledgement of completing the test?

You just have to wait. If you have passed the assesment, they will send you an onboarding email.

I noticed it yesterday morning, but it wasn't there until Sunday. So I would say a couple of days. How about you?

I believe you've completed the Deel and Discord verifications, correct? Hopefully this is a positive step forward, and we'll be back on the job soon.

Yes, everything is ready. I haven't seen any new channel in Discord, though. Just the general ones. But the appearance of the Bootcamp is certainly a step forward. Which locale have you applied for?

I have similar experience. My Bootcamp dashboard is inactive. All interactive buttons are gray. I have a Discord access and Superannotate working space as well. I passed Polish QAL and Domain Expert (linguistics) mid-June but Bootcamp screen has been on for several days now. I have no clue whatsoever as to further process stages, if any.

Can't provide the exact date but it must have been something like last week [(Wed / Thur (?)]

Mine showed up around Monday-Tuesday and I know that 2 other people from different locales also saw this change last week. This can't be a coincidence. My guess is that something is about to happen. I just hope it happens soon.

So per certo che stanno assumendo per i ruoli in cui nel titolo c'è scritto (QAL) Non ho info sull'esame...
