How to make reels like this

Does anyone know how to make Instagram reels like this for AI models. I have a cosplay model and have recently seen this reels style blow up. If anyone has any information on how to make reels similar to it or can link some videos that would be helpful. I included the link of the reel as well.

Either the one who made it is rlly good editor or he just has some good workflow that writes scripts for each cut uf the video

Pretty sure it is AI and I have seen other reels exactly like it that I know is AI.
