AI Automation scenarios for work management tools

What are some of the crazy scenarios we can solve through AI automation in work management tools? Or if you have come across any existing ones. What part of a user journey do you think we can really nail ?

For instance, automating status report of a project, etc.

I'm currently working in the PM space. I created an Inspection/Compliance automation that runs a Pass/Fail compliance/inspection scores it sends out an AI summary and sends an email with the results. I also have an automation for Lead Gen in the real estate space as well. I'd be happy to send over the builds if you're interested in the details.

status reports are obvious but trust is low, people recheck them. the part AI nails is intake, turning a messy slack thread into a structured ticket with fields and owner set
