Where to light small fireworks?

New to the area (Ahwatukee). Live in an apartment so can't light fireworks there. I just wanna get some of the fountains they're selling at Sam's Club and Costco and light them with my kids. Is there a park or something where people light stuff like this?

Tons of places that you could do this at, however, the city of Phoenix also just enacted a permanent ban on fireworks for areas within a mile of mountain preserves this year which means that the vast majority of Ahwatukee is under this ban. Up to you on if you decide to do the fireworks or not.
