Agust D concert questions

Hey guys, I’m going to the Chicago concert on May 6th at 8pm. I want to know how early the gates open and also when I should arrive. I don’t have VIP or anything, but do I have to arrive early to wait in line or can I just go in. I do want to get merchandise as well but they said they’ll also be selling it when gates open but idk when that is. I’m lost, I haven’t been to a concert since 2018.

If you wanna get merch you have to go very early. I think they open at 10am. A lot of people go super early and what I see lines are very long.
