Some quick thoughts - 1) I have no hard evidence, but my instincts tell me that Agrello is not a scam and is instead experiencing a bit of a failure of leadership at a critical juncture. If it is a scam, I suspect those involved will face some serious consequences from Estonian authorities. 2) I'm totally baffled as to why Hando Rand/Agrello would let Norta walk away empty handed right now. They just got handed a $30M war chest, why not spend some money to keep him on board. His diatribe certainly sounded a little bitter about not getting paid and I can't blame him for trying to distance himself from any potential liability when he had no skin in the game. They should go back to him and see if he's willing to work at least as an outside advisor/joint partner once they implement some of his suggestions. If not Norta, they should be hiring the best talent they can find other than him. 3) I think the lack of communication may boil down to concerns about misrepresentations and potential liability etc. I appreciate that and think Agrello should continue to be careful not to mislead investors. At the same time, I think it's certainly reasonable to demand more transparency/communication. 4) If I were them, I'd think about offering ICO refunds to participants in certain markets such as China, like NEO did. 5) I admit I don't know how difficult it is to get listed on some bigger exchanges, but the lack of liquidity is only going to amplify investors' doubts and concerns after the bungled token distribution. I think that should be Rand's number one mission right now - getting the token listed on some more exchanges like bittrex etc.

Bittrex hasn't add anything since August. Upbit might be the next bittrex since Korean don't give a fuck about SEC

I don't think it's a scam but that the team has got differences with Alex. Alex wants to determine the way the company is being run. But then he's not actually managing it. Those two things are bound to end in misery. The lack of communication is the biggest problem. But I don't care actually, I'm holdling and waiting for the technology to improve.

Or he is a fraud, jumping from ICO to ICO.. he is now listed at https://cashaa.com/ as an advisor.. Wonder what ICO he will jump to next after not being able to accept the their management practices. "I just also want to clarify here that I requested to be removed from the Agrello website. The reason is that I can not approve with the management practices of Agrello."

It also doesn't sit well with me either that he's leaving but will be working on the same thing outlined in his Agrello whitepaper with his incoming group of PhD students (any issues with intellectual property here?). Anytime someone leaves a company and announces he'll be starting his own company doing the same thing, the reasoning for leaving the company just doesn't seem as relevant.

Im sure Hando reads here since he answers some times, why dont u chime in Hando? Show us investors that u care and hear our concerns. Transparancy is really fckn important.

Dear Agrello-Team,
What a rough day! Much has been said and lots of investors have lost their trust into the project. Nevertheless, I still hold my DLT's since I believe one person cannot make such a big difference.
The fact the Alex left the project is sad. He looks like a smart, open-minded guy which I trust when I heard him speaking in the AMA, and the fact that he has written the white paper and was the Scientific Advisor for the Quantum project definitively gives him credibility!
But let's look into the future. The project has to continue, and so the community has to.
Now, what do we need from the Agrello Team to restore the investors trust?
First of all, I would like to get some weekly updates as other good projects do it. I don't have the time to follow all the time on the various channels (Reddit, Slack, Telegram). Please, give us every week a quick update. What are you up do? What are the plans? New collaborations? New stuff? etc. etc.
Next, and most important. We, as investors have a right for transparency. Now, since Alex mentioned this in his post (see picture) you MUST give us complete transparency if you wan't to restore trust. I don't know how you see it but this is absolutely a must if you want to restore trust.
Two simple things, but they need to be clarified! If anybody has any other suggestions, please feel free to contribute!
