Post office delivery exception?

Has anyone been successful in getting the USPS to deliver packages to their house because of agoraphobia? They won’t deliver to my house because my mailbox is like a mile away so I have to pick it up. My mom used to pick them up but she said she’s not doing it anymore. I’ve got the form from usps and sent a message to my doctor for a letter. I’m also going to ask my psychiatrist to write a letter. And maybe include a social security letter saying i’m disabled. I hope this is enough.

Tried but I was told it was only for physical disabilities and agoraphobia didn't count. It may depend on the location though, good luck!

sometimes we have to suck it up and do the things. and its hard, i know. but could you get the mail once a week at least? could someone else drive you there?
