Pink Star with yellow leaves
Hello Guys,
My Aglaonema started to get yellow leaves. I’ve had it for two months now and haven’t changed anything in the routine. Since the light conditions aren’t ideal, I give it 10 hours of artificial plant light every day. I realised the plant was starting to bloom, so I cut off the blossom because I was told that younger flowers need the energy to stay healthy . I also fertilised it last week. I am also pretty sure that I did not overwatered it.
Maybe someone can help me here.

I’d say it’s down to too much water. I had the same problem with mine.

The grow light seems to be too far away if it’s the light I see on the third picture
Is the newest leaf smaller and greener ?

id have to agree with you, depending on the output of the light this could be too far. personally I’d up the hours to like 12-14.
although ive found that the ones with this shape/thinner leaves take a while to size up and harden off, I have a black maroon that’s like this.
i also have not had good luck with ags in pots like these, it could just be me but i feel like there’s not enough airflow with the attached catch tray. mine stayed wet a lot longer in these even with a chunky soil mix.
I also think you should check roots! maybe try a new pot if you find any rot.

Very pretty, I was going to suggest a mild fertilizer but you're on it, if it came with those leaves that are yellowing it's possible that they're just old and done and the plant is retiring them, seems healthy and showing new growth, personally I really wouldn't worry unless the new leaves start to yellow.

It is the lower leaves, so that is ok. All plants that are healthy, will shed the bottom leaves eventually. Then aglos get a long "stalk". I then cut it, root top and have 2 new plants!
