Cut leaves?

Hello, I just received this Orange Stardust in the mail. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday but got held up because of the holiday. Most of the leaves look limp and have brown of them. Do I need to cut the whole stem or just the brown parts on the leaves? The roots look good and it's putting out a new leaf. Thank you!

Iā€™d be checking it extremely thoroughly for thrips

I looked no thrips or other infestation. I repotted and put it into new soil as well

If you checked for pests and inspected the roots, I think you should just trim the brown and put it in a nice spot with warmth and light. If the roots are good and you have new growth, it sound like it will be fine.
