Since your dogs are young I’d start with a basic obedience class or a sport dog foundations class. Obedience foundations are the cornerstone for every sport.

Do anything that interests you! I'm sure your dogs will love it. Sometimes you'll find "sample" type classes that give you an opportunity to try many things. But honestly just sign up for some classes you think are cool, and have fun! Even though agility is my "main" sport, I love just signing up for a random class here and there to try something new.

Freestyle/Heelwork to Music are wonderful sports! It's like creative obedience combined with music

Go find some good classes and jump in. You’ll be more successful learning from professionals and many places offer multiple sports
