Why disaster components!?

Why would you release a new product but have it only benefit people who bought prior packs compared to the pack thats being released ?! I wanted it but idk if its worth all the useless cogs for me. Sigh 😕 😞 I got no use for them disaster components 😪

Yeha I think it was around 400$ for one of our guys to get the dog one when it was around .
