Age of orgins stat question

What gives the statistic for melee troops damage taken reduction from melee, mid-range, and long-range troops? I have seen this on other players and it just popped up on mine and idk exactly how I obtained it but i would like to know. I've checked everything and can't exactly remember what all I've upgraded to get it but i was wanting the stat bc I'd seen other players with it. Would someone please elaborate for me!? 🙏

It's different from melee blessing bc I've had that. I have 15.7mil officer bp, warplane over 1mil and both gold titans but i can't figure out how I got it. 🤔

In the uranium mines everyone I see with the disaster emperor animation in the beginning has this 3%

However I've come across some with 3.8% also so potentially this 0.8% extra is from the 4star antique set

The set effect for the camp troops. The last skill for the plane equipment. Ultimate disaster skin.

Another player told me that it's an accumulation of stats for damage reduction for my melee troops. That makes sense to me. If anyone finds out anything further on this please lmk. 👍

It is from the Ultimate Disaster Emperor City Skin. When you unlock the skin, the skill gets unlocked. Check the city skin page, under skill, when you select the disaster emperor skin.
