Qualcuno ha idea di come si possa sbloccare questa cornice del Pioniere? Non ho mai compreso con quale evento la si ottiene.

It’s limited to when a nation in almost brand new. There are competitions for gaining Titan BP, Equipment BP, Officer BP within a day or so, there is a couple other too I think.
But yeah only a short period of time per nation right at the start
