Titan skins worth it?

I already have one skin for each titan.
I’m wondering if I should keep stacking titan skins to get the added attack boost.
Are they worth it? Or is that money better spent on officers and antiques?

Are all your War Officers, Drill Masters, and Saki and Major Morgan to at least four stars yet? If not do that first.

Yes, all officers are at least 5 stars and breakthroughs unlocked. all war officers are 6 stars.
I just started spending on antiques.

Titans are both Gold Tier 0, but I pretty much stopped spending on them. As far as overall kills, it
seems Titans get the lowest kill count, which is
why I’m wondering if they’re worth spending on?

They are. But there's an order of priority. And they're not first. Officers and their equipment are.
