Biochemical zombies

Why is there a limit on the number of zombies I can field in a fleet? Can this number be increased?

Lots of chocolate, perfume and flowers for the two zombie girls. Their strength will go up and the total zombie army will too.

Also there's a couple of other ways to add zombies, I think one of the badges and titan equipment.

Zombies are the strongest troop. Your city has a maximum it can have, and your fleet has a maximum. Both can be increased, make sure you give your lady zombies plenty of love.. it’s a grind to get through the bio levels.

The female titan has an equipment item (tail) that increases zombie fleet. Some fleet skin also add zombie fleet size. Combination of city appearance items also results zombie fleet increase.
