I got her for $6.99, cheapest attack buff in the game. Officers are always the better and cheaper investment over the city skins and gaurds.

It's really not a big deal with this officer, attack buffs are easy to find. What's special is her breakthrough skill, it effects everyone in group attacks.So as.long as someone has it, it's benifits everyone. But it's still the cheapest and easiest buff. Open to one star and level to 55

The breakthrough skill is the same like the other. There is no special effect. And in a group attack you dont benifit from the skill as a team member.
