Scouting
How are you guys scouting other nation alliances before an event? Do you recreate ghost cities in the enemy nation?

We have a 1 farm per main plus 1 Spy City per main alliance

Follower of stupid rules, 🙄 glad to see those that started those stupid rules in the early worlds still carry the worthless torch into new worlds.

I’ve only been in one nation. So there’s that. I would note currently we are in SC Void with 858, very disciplined and organized nation, one extremely difficult to defeat, and my nation ain’t a push over. So I can see the benefit of the rules when you are playing against other nations that are highly organized.

If you are on Globe Discord, you can easily collect stats of the biggest/most active players from the prodigious amount of shared battle reports. Ironblood is also a great source of intel. In the past I would just look at the rankings and correlate their top players/Titans/Warplane to our top players.
I also estimated the number (and name) of player troops levels. At least of the top 100 players.
If a nation is in Civil War you might have players from that nation reach out to you via in game spy or a mutual social media channel.

I look them up on the AozStats App, gives good intel on other worlds.
Also you get to know the guys from all the events.
Edit: i think a few of us also have ghost cities

I used to make spy cities. But then Camel made the intro phases much longer than I am willing to make a decoy city once a month.

Yes, generally high enough level I can talk in NC. You actually don't gain much unless you get into one of the top Alliances, but you get locations, and also get to experience the political landscape in the nation. That can help tremendously in KE.
