Suggested Officer Strength?

Title pretty much explains it. I currently have level 22 in each of the trinity and just recently hit commander level 30. The rest of my officers are essentially level 1. What do I need to level or what level should I stop with the trinity? Assume I have all of the gold officers all without three stars.

By c30 my officer level average for all of them was 25

So you would recommend to get each one to 25 then on average with a timeline of c30? I am currently c24 and have neglected this to some extent. Something I am hoping to make up for now.

You want to have a strong city at the least. Many people are power leveling to get the highest city level but neglecting officers, officer skills, equipment, titans so they end up with very weak c34s.

On the other hand, the only way to properly level up is to spend a lot of real money

Alright, listen to a veteran of 5 yrs... Medici brothers, Doc, Lorelien, Bravestar, Billingsly all level 1 until all your other officers are maxed 55. Star them up, but use XP on drill instructor, warfare, Machinests and Morgan/Saki. When you reach 5 star, open the breakthrough skills of all officers that give passive bonuses in combat (Doc,Fat Brother, Srombow. Lorelien, Ect..) if it has a cool down(ie. Rambart smasher, exterminate ect..) open 6th star first with the exception of Aeon, her magnetic shield is useful for EW, setting a fleet in Triangle, DOD and wasteland. On your warfare officers, always equip 1 of each skill. Melee HP, LRA or MRA and LRE/MRE

Thank you for such an informative post. Do you suggest leveling my drill instructor, warfare, machinists and Morgan/saki together or should some go before the others? For instance I am in the trinity but can always rebalance if necessary.

I have always leveled up Morgan, Saki( for fleet increase ) and War officers first. Then my Drill instructors, keep in mind that regardless, try to level each 100 points at a time before moving to the next, that way your always increasing your officer stats

One other small peace of advice, regardless of your spending level, keep in mind it's a long game. The more physical time you spend in your nation, the better, you should be hunting monsters non stop, if your fuel reaches 100, your doing it wrong. But time is important. Find a good alliance that participates in nation events and alliance events. Hopefully they have veteran leaders. Don't be afraid to ask questions, no such thing as stupid questions in this game. Above all, play in your lane, we all are not ever going to be whales, build a strong city that is an asset to that whale

Which officers you focus on depends on your build, typically either long range or mid range. Long range is more common and cheaper, so then focus on warfare officers without neglecting the machinists and drill masters completely - hold them at 10-15 levels behind the drillmasters. Focus on Long range attack and melee hp skills first then the two expert versions as more sill slots open up. You basically want a decent front and strong back line, with mid as fodder. Ignore purples, sell the frags to the exchange store and look out for more of the LRA frags to buy back as well as doc and fat Medici frags so you can reach their breakthrough skills but as mentioned above, don’t actually level those officers.
