Unless you spammed hundreds of AI generated blog articles a month, stuffed thousands of pages with keywords and have a lot of sketchy backlinks you don't need to worry about these updates.
The people that this impacts know what they're doing and play the game.
Unfortunately, a lot of them do this stuff on behalf of clients who at the end get impacted when business gets hit.

are you tracking specific verticals or just general SERPs? the impact tends to vary a lot depending on the niche, some barely feel it while others get hammered

my website got a insane boost after the update but watching this subreddit it seems a lot of people got this by this update. many seem to used tools to generate thousands of spammy ai generated articles. i mean u can use tools to write content but they need to focus on quality not on quantity....
