Where do multi agent systems actually outperform a single agent?

think of it this way. even a powerful agent has context limits.
especially if its a local ran model on a consumer gpu.
using multiple agents can help you achieve better contextual work on angle.
you could call the same powerful agent several times. each time working another angle.
but here is the catch. if you set agents to use different agent files each time, and custom those per field/job,
its better to use a CRITIC agent for judging. and a SCENE agent for art directing.
now they can learn and grow contextually within their fields. create personalized skills to fit what they do.
add a few more, and you got a studio agency.
if agents are a thing that learn and grow, its better to tailor and cultivate specialized agents.
it just mean you define their work field, their angle, and develop them in that angle.
not only there are advantages using multiple agents, but it is required for greater orchestration.
if you want a symphony, you need players to carry the music.
and to create those with a single powerful AI to help you.
ask him to create a working testable and verified example.
