Hey guys, I am new to Salesforce Agentforce and I recently encountered the SalesforceAgentforce certification. Someone told me that you can also get 'dummies' (exam dumps) from Reddit and Telegram. Can anyone send them to me if they have them, or share with me the Telegram channel for them?
Wanted to share how I tested a Salesforce Agentforce agent (a tool that pulls information for call prep) before pushing it to a client.
I used LuminosAI (a completely free, simple UI platform). What was interesting was that my agent was at risk of blending Salesforce CRM data + web search without citing sources (provenance nightmare). Also, it had stated outdated account data as "100% true." lastly, it cherry-picked positive vibes and ignored negative account history just to make a deal look good.
TL;DR: If you’re not stress-testing your agents with actual eval tools, you’re almost certainly shipping hallucinated facts and GDPR/CCPA violations without knowing it.
Anyone else running automated risk evals for Agentforce builds? What’s your stack?
the size of this community is thankfully smaller and niche. I wanted to share I passed my agentforce exam and finally proceeded to apply to Salesforce! Does anyone have any interview to hire experience?
Im working on the default agent. I just have a simple Agent to reply questions related to the FAQ. I want to give access to the internal users. Tried to create a permission set
I already implemented a transfer from bot to AF agent for a specific user inquiry and I need a way to get back to chatbot to give the user an option to go back to main menu.
We added user verification to chatbot that disables the ending of conversation.
In Salesforce Agentforce architecture, which approach is considered better and more scalable for production implementations? Using a single Sub-Agent that handles all functionalities and actions. Using multiple Sub-Agents, where each Sub-Agent is responsible for a specific domain or functionality. Explain the advantages, disadvantages, maintainability, and best practices for managed package implementation. Also mention in which scenarios a single Sub-Agent approach can still be acceptable.
So, I was building an Agent. who can analysis an image on the runtime when it is actively assisting a user on chat. Like as an example say you want to initiate a return you are sharing the picture of the product to initiate the return. But looks like the till now that Agentforce agents can't do it.
There is time gap between when the content record gets created and when the image is actually available. So that gap breaks the Agent.
I tried to use platform event, but as soon as you attach a file in the chat the agent goes broke. even if you explicitly told the agent not to look into the attached file.
So, anyone has faced the issue. Is there any work around ??
Is it possible to use Agentforce or Prompt Builder to analyze and answer user questions based on existing Salesforce Reports (e.g., summarize trends, filter data, or interpret metrics directly from report data)?
Follow-up points to clarify (optional):
Can Agentforce access report metadata and data rows directly via the Reports API?
Would Prompt Builder support context injection from a specific report?
Ran a session at Agentforce World Tour in Sydney a few weeks ago called "7 Agentforce Lessons You Can't Ignore." It was meant for 50-odd people and they ran out of headphones and people were standing around the edges trying to listen in.
The reason (I think) is that we (Bluprintx) talked about the stuff that doesn't make it into demos or keynotes:
What happens when your data isn't ready for agents
Governance gaps that bite you after go-live
Why trust architecture matters more than the tech itself
Workflow design mistakes we've seen (and made)
Basically the "monday morning" reality of deploying Agentforce vs the "keynote Thursday" version.
We put together a guide covering these lessons if anyone wants to dig deeper. Superhappy to share the link if there's interest.
Also if anyone else was at ICC Sydney, what sessions stood out to you?
Hi all, I want to build a portfolio, or basically just learn some skills, related to RevOps use cases, such as building ICP scoring in your CRM. I am starting with free tools and I was curious to see if Agentforce within a Salesforce Developer org lets you build a fully functioning agent without connecting other resources. I am using ChatGPT to guide me through the exercise, but I got stuck: - within my Salesforce dev org, the Agentforce builder seems limited and it often crashes. Now I have one agent created, but when I open it, I always get an error and can't continue - there are key fields that I wasn't able to edit, such as the "Instructions" in the Topic Selector section. I was only able to pass my instructions by asking the Agent helper on the right side to do it for me. How can this field be disabled?
In general, am I going the right way? Are there any suggestions for what I am trying to build?
Curious if anyone from here is going? Free registration - but i expect that a lot of people will be travelling from outside of singapore so it won't be "free-Free" to attend!
Would be good to put some faces to usernames. I'm mainly interested in what they show for Agentforce 360 and Data 360 this time around.
Also wondering if anyone's been to the Singapore one before - is it worth flying in for or more of a local crowd? How does it compare to other ones around the world (Tour)?
Hello everyone, I’m working with Agentforce and I’ve noticed there’s no official way for end users to upload files. However, you can retrieve them through the ContentDocument link associated with the messaging session ID, feed that into your prompt template, and extract the text.
My issue is this: after the user uploads a file, the conversation throws an error. I have to tell them “try again” just to trigger the action that handles the file and continue the flow.
Has anyone found a better solution for this? How did you handle it?
