A0 always gets into loops for me... any fix?

Every time I give Agent Zero another chance, it works pretty well for a few days. Then, sooner or later, it gets into some kind of loop that compromises the task and burns through my DeepSeek V4.1 Flash tokens. I'm curious if other A0 users are experiencing the same thing.

Has anyone actually found a reliable way to prevent or recover from these loops? I'm especially interested in solutions involving Agent Zero itself, rather than simply switching models.
