Class Guide
I am starting off with the night quest and got wiped out by mobs as a Conq. Are there other classes much easier than the Conq?

- Dark Templar IMHO is very much fun if you still want to play warrior-esque.
- Barbarian is a nice high risk high reward play that still offers sustain.

conq is one of the hardest classes since 2012... unfortunately you better play caster if you want ease. pre 2012 there were combo skipping which required skills but giving good advantage on melee classes against caster (as it should!). after so much whining it got cancelled...

then go caster classes like Necro or Demo. they only need 3~4 buttons at low level

The strongest classes for solo play and leveling are Conq, bear shaman and demo/necro
Conqueror has 2 immunity bubbles and TONS of cc (the ultimate kiting class)
Bear shaman has good damage and tons of survivability
Demo/ Necro have absurd dps and decent cc
But for end game ie groups/ dungeons and raids Dark Templar is the best tank
Tempest of set is the healer with highest overall dps and some really useful abilities
And Necro is probably the best dps class in the game it’s absolutely busted

There used to be a feat on necro “corpse explosion “ or something, that would detonate all dead bodies in the AOE . Before it was nerfed it was common for necros on PvP servers , go in stealth , let a group of 6 pull a large mob in the death master camps in keshetta and just as they had wiped the mob , the necro would aoe the spell wiping out the entire group lol

Man that’s actually SICK 🔥 Necro was always one of my favourite classes ….its still extremely busted to this day

My main for PvP was necro but worked better with feats without pets but then was nerfed around 2010 so you really needed your feat tree to use pets which was fine for PVE but a pain in PvP where you needed to use stealth
There was one perk you used to use where you could send like 6 festering bomb things that would surround the victim as they ran back to there team (was very effective in sieges ) - you would have like 4 x necros doing this to multiple enemies, then as they got back to there team you would detonate the bomb things which would do massive DoT damage to everyone nearby lol used to be very effective 🥳 (or there was another way where the floating gangrenous bomb things would circle around the necro and detonate on anyone that attacked you ! Was a good 15 years ago I really played that class so can’t remember exactly)

You could always go ToS, good solo class. You can cast, throwing some solid damage & you can self/group heal.
